OASE offers other products outside of North America. Why are these products not available in the US?

We take pride in our products and workmanship, and therefore manufacture all our products in our own factories. In order to maintain our high standard of quality, we cannot make all products conform with local requirements (such as electrical power). That said, we do and will make new products available from time to time.

I have a technical question about an OASE product. Where can I get an answer?

I purchased an OASE product on an auction site. Is it covered under your limited warranty?

Our limited warranty covers the product from original date of purchase as evidenced by the original purchase receipt of the item in new condition. This means that if you buy an OASE product at an auction sale, you should insist on getting the original purchase receipt with the item (if the item is used or purchased from a private party); OASE's limited warranty will cover the remaining warranty period. 


Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are able to alter or cancel your order up until the time it has shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information at this time, so please notify us right away should you have any changes needed.

Should the item(s) not work out, please be sure to refer to our Refund Policy to learn how to exchange or replace an item.
